The Approach

Working Together
The Integrative Self Approach to Healing
My approach is rooted in collaboration, consent and commitment. This work is very challenging and deeply rewarding. Together we will build an energetic container to hold us both safely throughout the process. This endeavor necessitates complete dedication from both of us, involving active participation, diligent effort, and transparent communication between us..

I developed this method after thousands of hours of teaching and one-on-one sessions. I discovered the principles here through my own healing and educational journey, and found that these core guidelines allow us to do deep work in the safest and most efficient way possible.
The Five Tenets of the Integrative Self Journey
Consent
Mutual consent is the foundation of our work together. We consciously agree to create and protect a safe, confidential container where trust can grow. Anything shared within this space remains here, unless discussed and agreed upon together. This shared agreement allows us to move forward with clarity.
Deep Inquiry
We commit to approaching this journey with curiosity and openness. By releasing judgment and self-limiting beliefs, we create space to explore what arises with honesty. Deep inquiry invites awareness, allowing meaningful insights to unfold naturally throughout the process.
Unconditional Welcoming
All parts of you are welcome here. We meet every experience—seen and unseen—with compassion and acceptance. By embracing all aspects of yourself, you gain awareness of the inner forces shaping your life and learn how to integrate them with clarity, balance, and self-respect.
Learning Consciousness
We release the need to get things “right” and allow growth through experience. Mistakes become teachers, not barriers. This learning-centered approach supports continuous expansion, creating momentum that strengthens personal insight and long-term transformation.
Honest Effort
We commit to showing up with sincerity and dedication. Real change requires presence, consistency, and intention. By offering honest effort to this work, we honor the purpose of this journey and open ourselves to meaningful, lasting results.
Commitment
This work requires continued engagement from both of us. I will show up to our sessions prepared and open to receive and guide your experience. You will need to show up prepared to dive deep, communicate and dig into the work that arises in the session. Your work doesn’t end when the call is over—the process of integration is a continuous daily practice that we will continue to refine until it is fully woven within all areas of your regular life. To keep us engaged and moving forward, each package has a minimum time commitment and limited rescheduling options.
Modalities
The Integrative Self programs are rooted in both the contemporary field of Somatic Therapy and time-tested healing practices from cultures throughout the world. The work we do together will inform how and when different techniques are introduced, however there are some techniques that are core to the process.
Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing supports deeper awareness of emotions and experiences stored in the body. Through guided support, you learn to move through past and present challenges, gently releasing held tension and trauma. This process creates space for greater clarity, connection, and embodied self-understanding.
Rewilding
Rewilding reconnects you with the natural world as an essential part of healing and integration. Nature provides a grounding context that supports balance, presence, and embodied awareness. Through this connection, you experience your humanity within its original and natural environment.
Internal Archetypes
This work helps you identify the internal parts of your psyche that influence thoughts, emotions, and behavior. By understanding and communicating with these archetypes, you develop greater choice and intentional response. The approach draws from Jungian psychology and Internal Family Systems principles.
Polyvagal Theory
These practices focus on understanding and regulating the nervous system. Through breath, movement, touch, and awareness, you learn to navigate stress responses and restore balance. This supports emotional regulation, deeper connection, and overall vitality.

Attachment Theory
Attachment Theory offers insight into how early relational patterns shape your present connections. You will learn to recognize your attachment style and work with it consciously. This process supports building greater security within yourself and healthier relationships with others.

Mindfulness and Meditation
Mindfulness and meditation cultivate presence in the here and now. These practices help quiet mental noise, release fear-based narratives, and restore grounded awareness. You will learn accessible tools that integrate into daily life, supporting calm, clarity, and inner stability.
